Our customers expect the highest standard of quality and service – and we deliver it. The first step is to put the design through a computerized testing and engineering analysis. Then, before the job is run, a set up sample must be approved by Quality Control. Prior to the setup being removed from the machine, we inspect another sample to insure the integrity of the run. Finally, before shipment, the finished product must undergo a last inspection – adhering to an applicable sampling plan – which verifies that all requirements have been met or exceeded. We use the best spring testing equipment that the industry has to offer.
